MANAGEMENTSYSTEMS
A system can generally be defined as a consciously planned sequence (order) of activities
witch enables you to make these activities controllable. Such systems are always based on fundamental
vies of economic processes (philosophies) and their methodical applications (policies).
Seen in this way, management systems (= operationalisation) are the translation of
management methods (= strategic orientation) into the day to day practice of the firm. Management
methods, in turn, depend on the requirements of the management (= conditions).
Our present time is characterized by rapidly changing conditions: globalization, new political
alliances, changes in the general taxation policies, etc. - all of which impinge on the activities
of a firm.
As a result, companies first have to customize their strategy (see corporate culture, organizational
development). Following this existing management systems must be revised or, where missing,
introduced into the firm.
To customize all needs in this growing process of change, it is often of advantage for the
management to get support from external consulting.
We at GKConsult would be glad, to be such an external expert
at your side, to help you by customizing your existing management systems or by developing
a new management systems with you.
