Scope of work

As we have explained a responsible consulting not only gives recommendations, it also has to take responsibility for implanting them (see our Philosophy).

Therefore GKConsult sees two basic areas of activity:

• the typical consulting
  with its components (breakdown, interpretation and recommendations)

• the part of interimmanagement and support
  with the different needs in work to do, accountability, time required, and so on.
